The way you pay for things is changing in new and exciting ways.  Apple PayTM is an easy, secure and private way to pay.

Apple Pay allows you to make purchases at retailers and within Apps, in an easy, secure and confidential way with a single snap with your iPhone.  All you need is an Apple Pay compatible device to make purchases without actually swiping your card or entering card information online.

You'll enjoy all the same benefits of your card, with enhanced convenience and security.  Hundreds of thousands of locations already accept Apple Pay and the number is increasing rapidly.

1 First State Bank does not charge for Mobile Banking. However, your cell phone provider may charge additional fees for web browsing and/or text messages. In order to use First State Bank’s Mobile Web Banking, the browser on your mobile device must be capable of storing cookies.

2 For Money Market Accounts: No more than six (6) transfers and/ or withdrawals allowed monthly or statement cycle from your account by preauthorized or automatic transfers, or telephonic (including data transmissions) agreement, order of instruction, or by check, draft, debit card made by you and made payable to third parties. Transfers and withdrawals made in person at our locations by mail, messenger, or telephone (via check mailed to you) or at an ATM are unlimited.  $10 per item excessive withdrawal fee if over limit of six withdrawals.

3 For Savings Accounts: No more than six (6) transfers and/ or withdrawals allowed monthly or statement cycle from your account by preauthorized or automatic transfers, or telephonic (including data transmissions) agreement, order of instruction, or by check, draft, debit card made by you and made payable to third parties. Transfers and withdrawals made in person at our locations by mail, messenger, or telephone (via check mailed to you) or at an ATM are unlimited. Two free withdrawals per month, $3 per item excessive withdrawal fee over limit of two withdrawals.

4 First State Bank does not charge for Debit Card Alerts.  However, your cell phone provider may charge additional data usage fees for debit card text alerts.  Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Regulation E Disclosure
