Are you having trouble logging into online banking? It may be your Internet Explorer. You may need to disable TLS 1.0 and enable TLS 1.1 and/or 1.2. For instructions, please click here.
Microsoft is no longer supporting Internet Explorer 10. In order to maintain security of your online banking, please upgrade your internet browser at your earliest convenience. Due of the security risk involved, we will no longer support IE 10. While you will have access to online banking through IE 10, the functionality of it will be impacted.

MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT
Depositing checks to your First State Bank account is a snap with Mobile Check Deposit. Simply select "Deposit Check" from the menu, endorse the check with your signature and "For Mobile Check Deposit," take photos of the front and back and send it in. For more information view our Frequently Asked Questions.
If your phone is lost or stolen, sign on to Online Banking and disable your phone from Mobile Banking or call Customer Service at (863) 494-2220 for assistance. If you are concerned about the misuse of your phone, contact your mobile service provider immediately to stop all wireless service.

Obtain your monthly statement faster and more securely than by regular mail!
Online eStatements is a FREE service to all checking and savings account customers. Each month, you will receive an email notifying you that your online statement is ready. Simply log in to online banking and click on the Accounts tab. When you're on the "Accounts" page, click on "statement" on the right of the screen in line with the account for which you would like the statement. Then use the drop down to select the statement that you would like.
It's easy to sign up. Simply log in to your online banking, click the "User Services" tab and locate the "Manage Account" box on the left side of the screen. In it select "E-Statements Only." Then follow the instructions provided.

Transfers and withdrawals made in person at our locations by mail, messenger, or telephone (via check mailed to you) or at an ATM are unlimited. $10 per item excessive withdrawal fee if over limit of six withdrawals.
